There are only 8 guests in the restaurant when I come back this time around since forever. They are specialized in chicken dishes, so I came to order a Scallion oil chicken to go. I asked how they are doing nowadays, she said most people order to go just like me. Chicken is still good. There are new restaurants around just to disappoint me in quality. It's easy to just stay with what I know. Hope they do well. Remember to check pricing with them when you call. All the menu pictures are old. They don't claim the business on Yelp so they have no idea what menu we are viewing.

This place is a little run down but don't let that fool you. The food here is pretty good. They are famous for their chicken with ginger scallion oil sauce. There Chicken pho is very good as well. It comes with their famous chicken with ginger scallion sauce. I just came here to try the chicken dish and can confirm that it is nearly perfect. Will definitely come back for that. Cannot comment on the other items on the menu.

Came here during lunch hour and wasn't busy at all! There were two other parties besides mine. For not a busy restaurant, the service was slow. I don't blame them though, with Covid and this pandemic, it's to be expected at many places! They have a lunch special menu from 11a to 3p, where you get to pick one entree, fried rice or white rice, with a soda beverage of your choice for $11-12. I'm the type of gal that usually knows what she wants when she's eating at a Chinese or Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong, which is grilled pork with vermicelli noodles. It comes with a salad, grilled shrimp, and egg rolls. Super fresh and so yummy! They have a special new menu item called Satay Noodles. It comes with egg noodles, lots of beef, and veggies. I turned down the intestines because I'm not a fan of eating weird animal parts lol. Overall, it was different! Kind of reminded me of curry, but the chef said they used a lot of similar spices, such as turmeric.

Came here again for their famous Pho Ga (chicken noodles soup) two Mondays ago. Since this restaurant is very famous for their chicken dish. We ordered the Chicken Pho (aka ph gà) Noodle Soup and order Empress Chicken with seasoning Rice (Hainan Chicken Rice). Chicken very tender and this restaurant always give you great portions with the price is unbeatable. Highly recommended this restaurant if are a chicken lover. [Friendly side note: if you order the Chicken Pho (aka ph gà) Noodle Soup, you can choose between the bone-in and the boneless option]

Positives: restrooms are good, spacious enough for a 300+ people wedding banquet. The dance floor is a good-sized space in front of the round tables. I like that the tables have lazy susans on them. Parking lot is plenty big too. Negatives: despite the positives I encountered during the wedding banquet experience, the service wasn't all that great. Trash kept piling up, they didn't refill water jugs often, they didn't restock our napkins often either. We had to ask repeatedly. This seems to vary from server to server, however...still, the service was inconsistent. Also, why do offer so many meat dishes WITH bones?? Dresses and suits aren't the attire for that type of eating. Downright bizarre.

I visited this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant located at Florin Road near Stockton Blvd many different times and usually get the same order. This location offers a variety of Asian cuisines like Pho, rice, chow mein, vermicelli noodles, and much more. The atmosphere seems pretty nice with special events to rent out including weddings/parties so there is a lot of room. Anyways, whenever I'm here I usually get the honey walnut shrimp fried rice platter. Great portion for a great price. Service is mediocre. Sometimes the waiters will take a minute to refill drinks and check up on you but this plate always seems to overlook it. 4 stars.
